Maddie’s Online Graduate Certificate Shelter Medicine has gone global this semester!

Instructors Dr. D’Arpino and Dr. Griffin are working with 40 online students in VME 6812 Shelter Animal Behavior and Welfare this term.

As you can see on our map, students come all over:

Hong Kong
New Zealand
the Caribbean

Thirty-four of the online students are practicing veterinarians, many of whom already work in animal shelters. Six of them are also pursuing their veterinary degrees from the following colleges: Atlantic, Ross, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Minnesota.

Welcome Spring 2013 online students. We are glad you chose to advance your training in Shelter Medicine.
